So, you’re interested in making a submission at GHCI 2016. What should you do? We’ve created this guide to help you through the process.
Step 2: View all of the GHCI 2016 Tracks and decide which one(s) you’re most interested in. Our conference is built around different Tracks, with dedicated Chairs and Committee Members.
Step 3: Once you’ve chosen your track, it’s time to pick a session format. We offer a variety, so you can choose one that fits your speaking style and topic.
Step 4: Send in your submission before July 24, 2016. Check out our tips for applying to help create the perfect submission.
Step 5: Wait to hear from us. We expect to announce accepted submissions by September 2016. Learn more about our review process.
For accepted submissions…
Step 6: Congratulations on your submission being accepted for GHCI!
Step 7: Confirm your participation at GHCI.
Step 8: Ensure you submit the required session abstract and final speaker profiles for the conference materials.
Step 9: Submit your slides (using AnitaB.org template) through your Track Chair.
Step 10: Attend, enjoy and speak at GHCI!
